Required Documentation:

All returns must include the INVOICE SLIP. In case of loss, you can reprint it under your Account.

Return Process:

Upon receiving your return item, our Return department will contact you. Your credit voucher will be emailed within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the returned item.

Criteria for Returns:

Failure to meet the specified return conditions will result in strict declination and forfeiture of the return.

Exchange Initiation:

Reach out to us within 3 days to start the exchange process. Items must remain in pristine condition with all tags intact for eligibility.

Terms and Conditions for Exchange:

Excluded items are those purchased on sale. Each item is eligible for exchange only once.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If the desired design or size isn’t available, the product’s value will be converted into a credit note without an expiration date.
