2. No cancellations or refunds once payment is made, except for defective goods or non-delivery as required by law. Full payment is non-refundable for change of mind.
3. Pre-order goods are limited quantity— no restock once sold out.
4. Exchanges allowed only for size variations, subject to stock availability, within 3 days of receipt. Defective or incorrect items qualify for refund/replacement—contact us with clear photos within 3 days for assessment. All goods must meet acceptable quality standards.
5. Stocks are expected to arrive at our store around 10 February 2026. Orders will be dispatched the next day (11 February 2026). All delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier or logistics issues. Such delays do not entitle customers to cancellations or refunds, unless required by law. We accept international shipping.
